A recent report by IBM describes the various categories of shoppers and what they expect from the online and physical retail environment. They report that 19% are pure price shoppers who will be looking for the best deals online before shopping and while shopping. Across the board though, shoppers are looking for information speed and superior customer experience. That includes the speed and accuracy of pricing information. Price intelligence can make or break the customer experience and related buying behavior.
